SOLSA Challenge is an initiative of Fondazione – Hub Innovazione Trentino in the framework of project SOLSA - DEmonstration & Market Uptake financed by the EIT RawMaterials. Applications for students are open until the 12th of April 2023 - 23:59. The Challenge will take place from April 18th to June 20th 2023. Fill out this form completely and do not forget to send your CV to the email address specified at the end of the application form.

Before applying be sure to have read the Notice for the first edition of the SOLSA Challenge on the Challenge webpage (https://www.trentinoinnovation.eu/en/solsa-challenge-2023).

All students enrolled at a higher education institution based in EU Member States or Third countries associated to Horizon Europe (ref. https://bit.ly/3w0mwOS) which expected learning outcomes are level 6, level 7 and level 8 of the EQF European Qualifications Framework (EQF) (ref. https://bit.ly/3kcMNqr) can apply to be selected as solvers.

In particular: 
1) I hereby undertake to keep confidential data and information regarding companies and products selected, except for the following company data and information: company name, website URL, sector of reference, brief description of the entrepreneurial activity, name of the Product. Furthermore, I undertake to keep the results confidential and not to disclose them in any way, subject to the different written consent, even partial, of the company concerned. These confidentiality obligations remain in force for two (2) years from the date of commencement of the Challenge.
2) I accept that all results of the challenge (as well as any related IP rights) shall vest in and be owned absolutely by the Participants of SOLSA Dem’UP project, who shall have the free and unrestricted right to use, exploit, license and disclose it for any purpose whatsoever. And this without prejudice to be recognized as author or inventor. Consequently, to the extent that any results of the challenge (as well as any related IP rights) vest, by operation of law or otherwise, in me I shall assign them by way of present assignment of future rights to the Participants of SOLSA Dem’UP project, with effect from the date they arose, absolutely and with full title guarantee and enforcement rights.
