This event is not for "financial" profits event but for social profits. We are all volunteers here from the organizers to the speakers. However, we took the initiative to organize this workshop because we are proud of being aware of our responsibilities towards our society, country, planet, and toward everything surrounding us.

Yet, we need your contribution to our family in the following tasks:

1- Photographer (2 people needed)
The photographers are responsible for documenting the event and produce photos with 2 - 3 minutes video that summarizes the event.

2- Pick-up participants and Speakers (4 people needed)
There might be participants from neighbour cities and countries who will arrive on the same day. Therefore, the task of the volunteers is to help the participants in purchasing transportation tickets and guide them to the venue from central stations (like Keleti pályaudvar, Kálvin tér, and Kelenföld) or the airport.

3- Logistics team members (6 people needed)
This team is responsible for preparing the venue, checking the equipment, and managing the coffee break.

4- Receptionists/Welcome team (4 people needed)
This team is responsible for checking the names of the participants, speakers, the guests and for handing the badges or name-tags.

5- Team leader (1 person needed)
The team leader supposes to lead the volunteers at the venue and make sure that everything is going smoothly and on time.

6- Graphic Recording (1 person is needed)
Graphic Recording is the art of drawing significant ideas of a conversation in a meeting, conference, summit, workshop, etc. The Graphic Recorder have to listen carefully to the dialogue, categorise and prioritise the ideas, then draw them in a way that summarises and simplify the workshop findings.

We welcome the contribution from all world citizens who are energetic, ambitious, and they aim to be positive change-makers and peacebuilders.
