Thank You for choosing me as Your photographer. Please fill out the below agreement. We will be shooting for about an hour. You are welcome to bring different outfits if You wish. Solid colors usually work best, however You should wear what makes You feel comfortable.

Agreement (By Selecting the boxes below, the Client agrees: The person(s) who is(are) filling out this agreement known as "Client(s)", agree that *Stiliana Omdahl, known as "Photographer", shall provide services to photograph their events to the best of her abilities, in the manner described in this document. *

Edited images will be provided online within one month of the photo shoot

Client has full print release (client can print photos anywhere/anytime)

This contract serves as a model release giving the Photographer the irrevocable right to use images

Total payment of $100 (for one hour, unless agreed otherwise by both parties) is due on the day of the photo shoot
