WAEA is looking for 2022 Fall Conference Presenters.
November, 4, 5, & 6 2022 in Vancouver, WA.
The conference theme is Collaborate, Create, Connect, Community.
*Submit your proposal by September 15th, 2022 and receive a special coupon code for a discounted ticket to the conference.
FALL CONFERENCE BREAKOUT SESSIONS INCLUDE:

     1. Hands-On Mini Workshops (90 Min) w/ reimbursement up to $75 for supplies with receipts *additional funds may be available, email Jessica Garrick - copresident2@waea.net for more information
     2. Best Practice Sessions  (40 Min)
     3. Local Tour and/or offsite art making

Please give us details about your session proposal.
Type of Session *
Choose the session type that best fits your proposal.  Most Sessions are on Saturday November 5th. All session proposals are due on Sept. 15, 2022.
Title of Proposed Session (please limit to 15 words) *
Session Description:  Please provide a compelling, purposeful session description that is 2-3 sentences to ‘sell your session’. Consider including: What a participant can expect to learn? How will educators benefit from taking the workshop? How is this workshop relevant to visual art education? What makes this workshop unique over other similar workshops? Limit to 60 words. *
Session Objectives: Provide a list of the objectives of the workshop such as the expected learning outcomes for attendees, applications to the classroom and the WA State Arts Learning Standards for Visual Art. Limit your list to 250 words or less (Find the standards as http://www.waeaboard.net/visual-art-standards.html). This information is for our session selection committee. *
