This workshop has three beautiful parts: Movement and Spirit, tuning up and reconnecting the flow between our mind, body and spirit; Oils for Health and Integrated Wellness - a great class with a hands-on make and take section, you will make a roller ball remedy to take home and enjoy; and Guided meditation and writing workshop. We will sink into a blissful meditation led by Lynell, and ground deeply into Mother Earth. This sets us up for an Inspired time of writing Love Letters to the Earth, as an act of Radical Self Love. We are matter. We matter. Mama Matters. Mama is Matter. We and Mama GAIA are One. We Are One.

Each section will be approximately one hour. Offered by donation, suggestion is $30-50 on a sliding scale for this mini-retreat. We can accept payment through Venmo, Zelle, or a personal check. *Which do you prefer?
