Food Science Club x GSEG 2023 Seminar Series (Nov. 8th)
Hello everyone! The Penn Food Science Club (FSC) is partnering with GSEG to host our first event this Fall. It will be a seminar dedicated to impart the most crucial fundamentals of home cooking. Learn how to read a recipe, balance flavors, and more! Includes live food demonstrations, games, and prize giveaways.

The goal of FSC is to impart knowledge about the science - and to some degree history/context - of the food everyone cooks and eats to its members and the Penn community. We want to show you how food science can help you achieve a more delicious end result in the kitchen, and get you more excited about cooking along the way. We hope you can join us and learn together throughout this series!
