2024-25 ENTRY - A Level / Level 3 CTK6 Sixth Form Application Form
This is for entry into CTK6 for September 2024 - Please do not complete this if you are intending to join CTK6 prior to that date. Please see the other application forms on www.christtheking-school.com and click the CTK6 tab.

Entry requirements are 5 grade 4's or above but some subjects will have specific entry requirements. Please check the prospectus for more detail on each subject. 

In order to ensure as many students as possible get their first choice options we have no predefined set of option blocks. The option blocks are created around the needs and wants of that cohort. However, once we have collated all applications we cannot guarantee some students may not have 'clashing options' within subject blocks. Please indicate your choices in rank ordered - your 4th choice is a buffer choice in case your options clash. 

Students are required to study towards three qualifications and complete the APASS personal development program, some students may wish to study 4 subjects which will be discussed with individual students. Please indicate your choices in rank ordered - your 4th choice is a buffer choice in case your options clash. 

Please be aware, whilst we endeavour to run all courses low or no demand will mean the course will not be offered  in September 2024. More information will be available on open evening or please email sixthformadmin@christtheking-school.com if you have a specific course query.
