All students in the Honors Program are expected to maintain at least a 3.25 GPA in all Fullerton College courses. In order to be Honors Certified, students must complete at least 15 units of honors coursework and have a 3.40 GPA unless following STEM Track B. All students must also abide by the Academic and Student Conduct Policies of Fullerton College as stated in the catalog. Failure to meet these requirements may result in being dropped from the Program.
Requirements: Current Fullerton College students need a GPA of 3.4 or higher or a referral from a professor or counselor (please specify this in your application). Students not meeting this requirement may be accepted into the Program on a probationary status. Returning Students (out of high school for 5 years or more), Veterans, International Students, and Special Admits who would like to join the Honors Program are accepted with no GPA minimum. High School Seniors are encouraged to apply after they graduated. We cannot process your application until we have your final transcripts. You need to have an unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher. Students near that GPA or with extenuating circumstances are welcome to apply and share that information with us (again, please specify in the application or via Email (
Honors@fullcoll.edu).
