ALL students from all schools are welcome to learn STEM skills and make new friends!!

Reminder the net proceeds from this Academy will be split between the Tech of Robotics class and the Forest Drone Team.

13-Tuition-
This must be paid at the time of registration so all supplies can be ordered.
I have paid the tuition for my student to attend the Academy

14-I understand the student must provide their own transportation to and from the Academy. 
The student must be signed in and out by an adult/guardian/parent each day.  (Parent/guardian must accompany their child into the building for drop off to sign him/her in and must come into the building to sign him/her out.)
Failure to arrive on time or late pickup (within 10 min) TWICE will result in dismissal from the Academy with no refund.
Limited spots are available so I will return this form ASAP.
