Personalized Sports Training focusses on fitness development, training (individual and group), goal setting, anatomy, physiology, injury management, biomechanics, athletic psychology, and principals of enhanced physical
performance. If you are serious about improving your skills in a specific school or community sport
then this class is a great class for you!
Student Expectations:
outstanding attendance, no truancies in any classes
must be able to accept physical and mental challenges
must be disciplined at all times and practice self-control
must be able to set individual goals as well as cooperative group goals
must be trustworthy
respect self, peers and adults
must be able to attend early mornings (accommodations can be provided for sport specific practices)
