Develop at least two strategic partnerships, Interviews with a peer community (Fuse42, EO, Catalyzer, etc).
3. ESTABLISHING/GROWTH: Well established mentor relationship. strong calendar focus on process, investor meetings, relationship building. Deep self-education through multiple sources. Part of a peer community (Fuse42, EO, EOA, Catalyzer, 500, etc). Mentoring someone 1-2 levels below in one of your areas of expertise (level 3+).

Weekly meetings are averaging 8.5/10 across 12 weeks. Q20 score is at least 60. Process manual is 100% completed for mission critical areas and 70% for all other areas.
