Castle Rock Elementary will be offering two sessions of Summer Camp. The first session will be from June 12th-June 28th and the second session will be July 22nd-August 9 (Monday-Friday) from 8:00AM-1:00PM. We will have space for 15 students in each session of Summer Camp. Students can attend one of the sessions or both sessions. The summer school program will be offered to our unduplicated students first (Foster Youth, Homeless, English Learners, and Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Students) and then on a first come, first serve basis.
Students will have the opportunity to participate in lots of fun enrichment activities, such as Nature Field Trips, Fishing, Biking, Lego Creations, Reading and Math Enrichment/Intervention Activities, Outdoor Learning, PE, and fun hands-on Science Activities. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Back to School Camp is meant to be a time for students to enjoy activities that they aren't always able to do within the regular school day and as a refresher of the grade level standards that students' learned this past year to give them a boost as they enter the next grade.
In an effort to increase the number enrollment for our Back to School Summer Camp we have found a way to offer transportation for the South Bound route to and/or from CRS for both sessions of Summer Camp.
There will be an optional fun activities based After School Program that will follow the regular Summer Camp hours for both sessions from 1:00PM-5:00PM that you can sign-up for as well.
Please complete the form below by May 17, 2024 if you would like to enroll your child in one or both sessions of our Summer Camp and/or the optional Summer After School Program. If you have ore than one student, please complete a form for each student.
