To request a refund, transfer a lunch balance or donate your lunch funds to help another student. Please fill out the form below.
All refunds will be issued as a paper check. These checks go through the District 77 School Board for approval. It can take up to 6 weeks to receive your refund.
When filling out the form you must go through all screens to the submit button at the end, you will receive a confirmation from Google Forms once your form is processed.
Minnesota Free School Meals Program will start in the 2023/24 school year.
What that means: Each student K-12 attending Mankato Area Public Schools is eligible to receive one breakfast and one lunch at no charge.
Extra items; for example: a single milk, bottle of water, ala carte extras, second meals or entrees will still be charged to your student's account. Students must have money in their account in order to purchase extra items.
