Thank you for using PALS to screen, diagnose, and monitor progress for reading and spelling for your students.

Please complete the following, which we will use to create your 2022-23 order.  You need to complete this order form even if you used PALS in 2021-22.

Send only one order per county.

PreK – 3rd grade orders (including español K and español 1-3):
The WVDE is funding any PreK through grade 3 orders; you just need to submit your order information below.  

4th - 8th grade orders:
If you are also ordering PALS for grades 4-8, you can use this form for that, too. These licenses are not funded by the WVDE, so your school district will have to pay for them. We will provide you with a separate client order for these licenses after you submit your request.

Once you receive your Client Order (if ordering 4th-8th grade), check it for accuracy, and follow the steps in the email to complete your renewal order for 2022-23.
