SKDC Spring 2024 Philanthropy Intake
Please take a moment to provide some preliminary information regarding your team's philanthropic efforts for the season.  Submitting information here does not lock you into anything; however, the further into the season you'd like to change your plans the more difficult it may be to accommodate those changes.  All teams need to fill out the form, even if they are partnering with another team for a fundraiser.  Only one form per team needs to be submitted. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the Spring 24 Guidelines and Team Fundraising Policy.
