The ongoing global pandemic has altered business as usual in Nigeria. We have experienced closure of banks and businesses. In light of this, bank customers are conducting banking services via online platforms such as mobile banking, internet banking, Automated Teller Machine.

Having observed a rise in the need of online/remote banking services, we would like to assess your views on a project we are currently working on, the establishment of a digital-only bank in Nigeria. The proposed digital bank will leverage digital and information technology to support business capabilities and provide rich experiences to customers.
