Hiawatha Bike Day 2020
This is the registration form to be filled out for all of the students going on the 2020 Campus Life Hiawatha Bike Day. The trips costs $15 per student and will take place on TUESDAY, June 23rd. We will be meeting at the City Life Community Center on Tuesday morning at 8:30 am with the hope to leave by 9:00 am.  We will be back that same day around 6:00 pm. On this trip, we will be providing LUNCH ONLY, so students will be asked to eat breakfast beforehand.

***We have limited bikes to loan out to students so it will be first come first serve on bikes.  If you are able to borrow or bring your own bike, it'll allow other students who don't have access to use one of ours, so please keep that in mind! While we only have limited bikes available (about 10 or so) we do have enough spots for about 20 students!***

Any student going on the Hiawatha Bike Trip MUST be between the ages of 11-19 and going into High School/just graduated or homeschooled. Once you've signed up, we will give you a Liability/Medical/Photo Release Form from YFC to be filled out by a parent/guardian and turned in by the day of the trip (Ones from this past year have expired and new ones for the summer are needed to be signed!).
