RootedHomes is committed to designing homeownership communities that fit the needs of our priority population homebuyers - Black, Indigenous, and People of Color earning less than 80% AMI, with family housing needs. That's why we are asking for interested homebuyers to share their feedback on our upcoming community. This input will be incorporated into the designs and site plan for RootedHomes' first community in Redmond.
The resident-driven design survey is open through September 11th, 2023. Paper versions are also available at the following locations: RootedHomes' office - 150 NE Hawthorne Ave, Bend, HousingWorks - 405 SW 6th St, Redmond and the Latino Community Association's offices in Bend and Redmond.
Everyone who completes the 5-minute design survey will be entered into a raffle to win $50 Fred Meyer gift cards. We're asking for emails so you can be entered into the raffle but your personal data is confidential.
