Skyward School Nutrition Refund Request Form
Parents may request a refund on their student's Skyward School Nutrition Account.
Funds are rolled over from year to year. After the request is received and processed, the funds are issued to the parent/guardian in the form of a check. The entire process could take up to 8 weeks.

Funds may be transferred to a sibling for future use. However, your balance will be applied to any outstanding fees owed to the corporation. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.  In order to qualify for a refund, your student must be a present or past student of Merrillville Schools and their Skyward School Nutrition account must be in good standing.

Reasons to Request a Refund
Parents can request a refund at any time, however refunds are only advisable in the following situations:
*Student graduated
*Student withdrawal
*Student on free/reduced meal program
*Accidental deposit
