Cookie Kit Order Form
Please note: cookie kits must be ordered and deposit received by no later than 2 weeks before your event/delivery date, to allow adequate time to source ingredients/materials.

Cookie kits are available for any occasion you can imagine! Cookie kits include 6 cookies, 3 colors of buttercream frosting in disposable plastic piping bags, and a packet of sprinkles. You can contact me by email if you want to talk about other items to include, and we can talk about how feasible that would be.

I will contact you to find a date and time that works for both of us for dropping off kits on the day of your event.

If you don't see a shape listed below that you'd like to use, please use the "other" option, and I will reach out to you for us to discuss options. Please note that intricate cookie cutters will require an upcharge, which will vary based on number of cookies you're ordering.

Pricing:
Kits are $20/kit, with bulk discounts available as listed below:

10-19 kits: 10% discount on total price
20-29 kits: 20% discount on total price
30+ kits: please email me at CookieSchoolCatie@gmail.com to discuss

$15 zoom party fee can be added if you want me to host and run a zoom cookie-decorating session for your event

50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remainder to be collected at delivery. We currently accept Venmo and PayPal.
