C.A.K.E. Award Nomination Form 2023-2024

The Learner-of-the-Month C.A.K.E. Award recognizes two PCSD 25 learners' per month, one elementary and one secondary, from October through May. The award is for outstanding character and attitude and for showing kindness and encouragement to others.

McDonald's has partnered with us to provide this award. Monthly winners and their teachers will receive recognition at monthly board meetings, a gift certificate from McDonald's, information will be submitted to the media about the awardees and a $50.00 gift will be provided to the school's media center from McDonald's to purchase books.

Nominations must be submitted by teachers who observe this behavior by learners'. The nomination must be approved by the school’s principal and include the following:
