PWNO Board Nomination Form
PWNO is seeking new board members for 1 year terms to be elected at our Annual Meeting on November 6th 2021. These board members will have an opportunity to give back to our neighborhood, and share your gifts of energy and vision!

Eligible board members must be 16 years old or older and meet ONE of the following qualifications:
1. Live in the Phillips West neighborhood
2. Work at a business, organization, or institution located in Phillips West
3. Study at an educational institution located in the Phillips West neighborhood
4. Own residential property in Phillips West

This nomination form will be open until midnight on Wednesday October 27th. If you do not have the chance to submit this form in time, we will also be taking nominations from the floor!

The health, wellbeing, and sustainability of PWNO as an organization is fundamentally connected to the capacity and contributions of our Board of Directors. At a minimum, serving on the PWNO board requires attending our monthly meeting on the 4th Monday of the month. We also deeply believe that Board positions should be low-barrier and accessible to all PWNO members - including those who work, take care of family members, and have other commitments. Please honestly describe your capacity and the energy you anticipate being able to contribute to the PWNO Board. *
