LEASE NOTIFICATION LIST
This form is for receiving emails about the lease process. An official registration form will be made available on March 26, 2023 at noon. The lease list allows non members to lease a membership on a yearly basis. We have about 100 leases available each year and they are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis beginning March 26, 2023 at Noon.

WAIT TO BUY LIST
The waiting to buy list has more than 100 people in the queue and will take several years for a membership to become available. The HFSC by-laws state that you must be a homeowner in order to purchase a membership.
