ISCGB Championship Show 25/07/2021 Visitor Registration Details.

If you are planning on attending our show and are not named as an Exhibitor on a dog entry form, please would you enter your contact details below. We are asking you to do this to assist us with COVID Track and Trace requirements.

If you plan on bringing a Spectator dog, we regret we are unable to accept these on the day. You must enter the dog as "Not For Competition" on the Higham Press Website so that their details appear in our catalogue. Only dogs entered in this way will be allowed to attend the show.

A Visitor is anybody whose details are not recorded as an Exhibitor in the catalogue. This includes:

A partner or family member of a named Exhibitor unless the dog is owned in joint names
A casual visitor to the show

All Visitors will be asked to provide their contact details for COVID Track and Trace purposes. We would appreciate you doing this in advance to reduce the handling of paperwork on the day.

The Society will ensure to the best of its ability that the event is run to Covid Safe guidelines. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with national and local restrictions including advice given about non-essential travel in and out of locally affected regions (which must not be ignored) – in the interests of the safety of all participants this may give rise to a short notice refusal of entry at the society’s discretion.

The Kennel Club will respect the society’s exercise of its discretion.

If a visitor, or anyone in their household, has Covid-19 related symptoms or has tested positive for Covid-19 they must isolate in line with Government advice - www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-and-treatment/when-to-self-isolate-and-what-to-do/ The visitor must not attend the event.

If a visitor is subject to quarantine as a result of travelling from an overseas location, they must not attend the event.

THIS IS AN OUTDOOR SHOW WITH NO WET WEATHER ACCOMMODATION.
NO SEATING WILL BE PROVIDED AND NO REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE SO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.
