Thank you for your interest to provide lunch for the volunteers and staff at the COVID vaccine clinics being organized by the Northeast Texas Public Health District (NET Health).

For these vaccination clinics, we would like to account for donations and we need to receive a zero-balance invoice that itemizes the costs that you are providing to NET Health.

Please aim to provide lunch to accommodate at least 40 individuals.

Food establishments will then be contacted to coordinate the appropriate delivery time to the Harvey Convention Center in Tyler.
