Once this form is submitted, the coaches will send you the swimmers parent confirmation email with admittance to the select team along with any other important information. You will receive a yellow select team cap at your first select team practice and will be posted on our team social media.

The select team will have practices on select nights throughout the season. Practices may have special CFYN alumni swimmers and coaches come back to instruct.  Some will have special talks about goal setting, nutrition, stroke video analysis and much more. Select team members will be expected to be at these practices as well as 80% of regular practices weekly. Can you live up to these expectations?
Are you currently a USA Swimming Member or are you going to become one? USA membership is required for the select team because there are 2 select team meets. The flex membership is a cheaper alternative to meet these requirements. Select Team members will be expected to go to select team meets.

Swimmers in this group should have clear, established, and attainable season goals and should plan to have a goal setting meeting with a coach upon admittance to the Select Team. Will you set up a meeting with coach Megan or Will? You can do this at practice.
