Please read over the responsibilities of each committee then, select a committee you would like to be the student chair of.
GRADUATION: Responsible for getting and ordering the cap and gowns, cords, invitations/ announcements, location, planning and printing the programs, graduation rehearsals, getting sophomore and junior parents to assist on graduation night.
PROM: Responsible for securing the date, location, DJ, photographer, printing tickets. Post Prom activities for students to engage in immediately after prom. Secure location, possible transportation service, etc.
SENIOR WEEK: Responsible for obtaining activities/events for one week to acknowledge our SENIORS. Plan something for each day (breakfast, goody bags, etc.) and we will end that Friday with Grad Night.
GRAD NIGHT: CMIT South Seniors only, responsible for identifying location (6 Flags, Kings Dominion?), tickets, transportation.
SENIOR TRIP: Responsible for getting information on the top three Senior Choices to include dates, cost, transportation, hotel, etc.
GRADUATION PICTURES/CLASS of 2022 YEARBOOK: Responsible for getting information from studios/photographers for senior pictures, class pictures and class rings to include dates, costs, etc. responsible for putting together a yearbook dedicated for our Class 2022 seniors. Ms. Lacy is the lead, she makes ALL the arranges with the photographer. ONLY for the senior pictures
FUNDRAISING: Responsible for creating, implementing and facilitating fundraisers to that will used to help defray the cost of many senior-year activities.
