Nominations should reflect efforts, achievements and goals of the organization in the field of diversity and inclusion by nominated business/corporation.  Nominated business must be a for-profit company/organization with less than 250 employees within the state of Wisconsin and nominated by an internal leader or leadership team that can demonstratively show the organizations ongoing work in diversity. equity and inclusion in the following areas of that organization:
* Commitment to D&I in the workplace - This includes areas of recruitment, retention, and climate for employees within the organization.
* Supplier/Vendor Diversity
* Community Investment & Involvement

  Recipients will be announced in October with awards presented at this year's Wisconsin Leadership Summit.
