After the ParTy Intake Form
Please fill this out if you are interested in participating in After the ParTy, which is an 8 week group for guys into guys who have stopped using meth in order to focus on the possibilities of sex without meth and are looking for support around some of the challenges.

This is a closed group, so registration is required.
There is a limit of 6 participants, please register early to secure your spot.

The group welcomes all guys into guys - cis, trans and non-binary.

The responses to this will only be read by the After the ParTy facilitator, or in their absence, the Harm Reduction Programs Coordinator.
