Dear Parents and Guardians,

We have been diligently working on our afterschool club offerings for the 2019-2020 school year. But your feedback is needed to finalize the list. At OSCS, students are highly encouraged to participate in afterschool programs that are offered.
The goal of these afterschool programs is to allow for positive learning opportunities, as well as relationship building with peers and staff while they explore topics of interest to them. Being involved in afterschool programs has been proven to foster a more positive school environment for the student, as well as enriching their interest in said topic; which is vital at this developmental stage.  

Afterschool clubs run for 40 minutes (2:50-3:30pm) once a week. Some clubs will meet more frequently, while others will only meet during certain times of the year. Club signups will be available after Orientation day which is August 10th. Club schedules will be distributed once student sign ups have been finalized.

Clubs will be separated by grade levels as follows:

Kindergarten – 2nd grade
3rd – 5th grade
5th – 6th grade

Please keep in mind that the following club list is tentative. Your feedback will allow us to make adjustments and finalize the clubs being offered for the 2019-2020 school year.
