The Health Equity Work Group has the pleasure of hosting Assistant Professor Jesse Berman. Dr. Jesse Berman will present how spatial methods can be used to evaluate geographic vulnerability and variation in risk for population studies. He will discuss several examples from his research, including associations between air pollution and violent behavior and evaluating chronic kidney disease in the Twin Cities.
