2024 Fairgrounds Festival - FOOD TRUCK/VENDOR Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Fairgrounds Festival running Friday June 14 and Saturday June 15, 2024 at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds (172 South Drive , Simcoe ON). The event will be open from 3pm-11pm both days. 

This event will feature headline concerts and a 'tailgate' party in the afternoon. 

Each vendor will be notified, and provided more information, a detailed agreement and an invoice once the completed application is reviewed and approved.  

IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN BOTH THE NORFOLK NIGHT MARKET (June 7-8) & FAIRGOUNDS FESTIVAL(June 14-15), A DISCOUNTED RATE IS AVAILABLE.  PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO VENDORS PARTICPATING IN BOTH EVENTS.

INSURANCE: A Liability Insurance Certificate showing Norfolk County Agricultural Society named as an “additional insured” is required from all exhibitors. Minimum $2 million liability is required. This certificate must be received prior to set up or set up will not be permitted. A copy is due by May 31, 2024.
