The JSA have been working closely with Jersey Sport to ensure that Softball training can go ahead safely and within the current guidelines. To this end we invite all players wishing to begin Softball training to read the guidelines and complete this form to confirm that the guidelines are fully understood.

The JSA does not support any training being undertaken by players who have not completed this form.
