This form is to be completed to register your child for the Sunday Summer Clinic Sessions. We offer 4 week sessions during the summer on Sundays for kids all levels and ages, 4 - 11
Sunday Summer 4 weekly Sessions
Summer Session 1: June 18 - July 16 (Skip July 2)
Summer Session 2: July 23 - Aug 13
Ages: 4-5 10:30-11:30am
Ages : 6 - 8 10:30am - 12noon
Ages: 9 - 11 10:30am - 12noon
Weekly Pricing:
1hr classes: $130 per session
1.5hr classes: $196 per session
Daily Pricing:
1hr classes: $40
1.5hr classes: $55

Your payment will be processed in 1-2 business days from your registration date. After we process your registration, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of payment.
