General Information: A non-refundable application fee of $150.00 per student and a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per student must accompany this application. The $300 non-refundable deposit will be applied to the child's tuition. Separate checks for each amount should be made payable to Saint Bridget School. Applications must be filled out completely. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate, parish confirmation form, authorization of release of student information, recent IOWA or CMT results, and most current report card (Grades 1-6) must also accompany application.
