Europe Gene Editing Course

The form that you will be filling out is a confirmation of availability and statement of interest to attend the course titled “Gene Editing in the EU: Action for Science and Policy”. This course has been designed by the Alliance for Science in collaboration with VIB-International Plant Biotechnology Outreach (IPBO) for European scientists. Participants will learn the role, purpose, and components of a strategic advocacy plan to impact the policy environment for gene editing in the EU. The course will help participants understand how to use their scientific knowledge to become more proactive communicators, engage stakeholders, develop, and deploy science-based messages on gene editing.

To attend this course we will require the presentation a COVID safe ticket which can be a) vaccination (booster certificate or last vaccination of less than 9 months old); b) a certificate of recovery from COVID (positive test in the last 11 to 180 days); c) a negative PCR test of less than 48 hours.
