Please fill out this form if you need to rent an instrument from us for the year! School instruments are on a first come, first served basis. Your $60 maintenance fee will be required at the time of equipment distribution. All accessories (shoulder rest, rosin, rock-stop, etc.) are the responsibility of the student.

There are many string shops in the area who offer rentals (please visit www.brookwoodorchestra.com/students to see the list of approved GCPS vendors).

Procedure for picking up instruments (please screen-shot these instructions):
Monday, August 10th (7am-12pm), Tuesday, August 11th (1pm-3pm) and August 17th (2pm-5pm) - Students who select one of these days for instrument pick-up will come to the orchestra side/exterior doors to pick up their instrument. Students will be expected to pay their instrument maintenance fee ($60) and fill out the instrument rental agreement form. Masks will be required.

Tuesday August 11th (3pm-6pm) - Students who select this day for instrument pick-up will come to the come Commons Area to pick up their instrument from the designated Fine Arts area. Instruments will be labeled with student name as indicated in their survey. Students will be expected to pay their instrument maintenance fee ($60) and fill out the instrument rental agreement form. Masks will be required.
