Thank you for your interest in participating as a Vendor at our 2022 What the Fluff? Festival: Fluff at First Sight: Back on Track! Please note that application does not guarantee acceptance to the Festival. Vendors will be selected based on quality, creativity, product variety, appropriateness to the event, and space availability.
Festival Dates: Saturday, September 17, 2022, 3-7pm (rain date Sunday, 9/18)
Application deadline is: July 31, 2022 at 11:59 pm.
Rates & Payment: Vendor fee for craft (non-food) vendors is $155 and food vendors is $310. (Union Square Main Streets member businesses receive a 10% discount on vendor fees: $139 for craft vendors and $279 for food vendors.)
FESTIVAL OVERVIEW: This year, "What the Fluff? A Tribute to Union Square Invention,” a nationally recognized and locally beloved madcap and funky festival, celebrates the 17th anniversary of Fluff Festival. This year's theme, "Fluff at First Sight: Back on Track," celebrates everyone's first love Fluff, as well as the opening of the Green Line station, which will allow more folks to discover the festival for the first time and perhaps fall in love with Fluff and Union Square... at First Sight.
Craft vendors are strongly encouraged to present handmade products that relate to this year’s theme and have a Fluff component.
Food vendors are strongly encouraged to present food products that use Marshmallow Fluff as an ingredient. All food products must be prepared in a licensed kitchen. Upon acceptance, food vendors will receive instructions on how to apply for the City’s temporary food permit. Vendors are expected to comply with all health regulations.
Festival organizers also reserve the right as sole purveyor at the Festival of fluffernutter sandwiches.
All vendors are required to pay a $15 non-refundable application fee. Applications submitted without payment are considered incomplete, and are not eligible for acceptance. Payments can be made online here:

Setup & Breakdown: On the day of the event, setup will begin at 1:30pm. All vendors must be ready for the Festival to start at 3pm. Breakdown begins promptly at 7pm. The premises must be cleared by 8pm.
In the unlikely event that the Festival needs to be cancelled for public health reasons, vendor fees will be applied with automatic acceptance to the 2023 Fluff Festival.
