This is the application form for the SDG Summer School on Open Source Health Solutions that will take place in Shenzhen, China, from 4 to 29 July 2022. The participants will gather and work together at Chaihuo x.factory (= Seeed Studio's maker space in Shenzhen), provided that the COVID-19 epidemic control policies permit it. This is in collaboration with Tsinghua Vanke School of Public Health.

The questions in this application form allow you to tell us more about you and your interests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about innovation for the SDGs and want to do work that can make a difference in people's lives.

Application Deadline: 23:59P.M., June 10, 2022 (China Standard Time)

Accepted applicants will receive an email with additional information and payment instructions by June 17, 2022 (China Standard Time). Every participant in Shenzhen must be able to fund themselves, including but not limited to, travel, accommodation, food, and insurance. However, if these expenses are a challenge for you, you can apply for “SDG Summer Student Stipends” (reserved for a few selected students only) in the application form to cover the above-mentioned costs. In your application, please  indicate that you would like to be considered for a stipend, and explain why you need this stipend the most in detail.
