2022 Jr. High Fall Retreat - Group Info Questionnaire
This questionnaire gives Covenant Point the information needed to correctly customize your online registration process for your church and learn about your ministry and students.

You will need to make some decisions about various things, including how much money you want Covenant Point to collect at the time the online registration is submitted. This can be anything from $0 to your full amount, but must be paid with ACH (eCheck), Visa, or MasterCard in order to submit an online registration.
