You are indicating your interest in College Panhellenic Association (CPA) Sorority Spring Recruitment 2020. Please note that the only sororities who are members of the College Panhellenic Association at FAU are: Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Delta Phi Epsilon, Phi Mu, Sigma Kappa, and Theta Phi Alpha. These are the only sororities that may be participating in CPA Spring Recruitment. Academic excellence is one of the top priorities for sororities and each chapter sets their own GPA requirements for membership; all are a 2.75 or above. Because of this, women who have GPAs below an individual sorority’s requirements may be released from that chapter or potentially the recruitment process as a whole. Please keep that in mind as you decide whether or not to register for recruitment. It is recommended that Potential New Members have a minimum of a 2.75 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale from either high school or college. Per their national requirements, most of the six organizations require that a student is enrolled full-time at the institution (minimum 12 credit hours) in order to become a member. Students enrolled in less than 12 credits are still eligible to join but options are limited. I understand that in order to join a CPA organization, I must be a regularly enrolled female student in good standing with Florida Atlantic University and degree-seeking. I authorize Florida Atlantic University's Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life, College Panhellenic Association Executive Council to verify my academic eligibility and to share it as well as my contact information with any CPA organizations participating in Spring 2019 recruitment.

Should I join a sorority, I also hereby grant permission to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life at FAU to release my semester and cumulative grades to the relevant chapter officials of the sorority I join, for as long as I am an active undergraduate member. This action, though, does not require me to join a sorority, nor does it obligate any Panhellenic organization to offer me membership.
