「綠行俠」是推動首個「Zero Grounds Coffee Campaign  (ZGCC)全城咖啡渣回收運動」的環保社企，透過回收、升級再造咖啡渣及舉辦教育工作坊，將日常廢品轉換成生活小樂趣，並藉此傳遞善用資源、惜物減廢的環保訊息。

咖啡渣用途廣泛，除了除臭、吸濕、磨砂，還可以應用於種植，今次在The Good Lab | Unusual Conversations的開放日，將會舉辦以下工作坊予入場人士參與。

【咖啡渣種植工作坊】
咖啡渣經過發酵還可以成為堆肥，主要提供氮的養分，有助綠葉生長，同時可以抑制一些常見的腐朽菌和枯萎植物，包括鐮刀菌和腐黴等。
　＊ 工作坊需時：20分鐘
　＊ 每場人數：12位
　＊ 種植植物：多肉植物、到手香
　＊ 完成工作坊後，每位參加者可獲得1盆植物
　＊ 花盆由香港本地回收的咖啡渣經烘乾壓製而成

Eco-Greenergy is a social enterprise which first drives the coffee grounds recycling campaign in Hong Kong. It is called "Zero Grounds Coffee Campaign" (ZGCC). Through recycling service, product upcycling and experiential workshop, we aim to transform waste to daily enjoyment and convey the message of sustainability.

There is a vast usage of coffee grounds including deodorizing, scrubbing and moisturizer. In the upcoming exciting event "Good Lab | Open Day  - Unusual Conversations", we are happy to offer entrants an eco workshop to explore more possibility of coffee grounds.

【Coffee Grounds Planting Workshop】
Coffee grounds can be fermented to organic compost, serving good nitrogen nutrients to the plant. Nitrogen is good for the growth of leaf. Meanwhile, coffee grounds suppresses the growth of some common decaying fungus and wilted plants, such as Fusarium and Pythium.

　＊ No. of Participants/ Session: 12 pax
　＊ Available Plant: Succulents / Mexican Mint
　＊ After the workshop, each participant will have 1 pot of plant
　＊ The planting pot is made of coffee grounds locally recycled in Hong Kong.
