2024 UHUMC VBS Student Registration
University Heights UMC invites you to Jesus Loves Me VBS,  "Whenever I am afraid, I put my trust in you!" 
The kids will enjoy a week filled with excitement, bible - based learning, and interactive experiences.  Together, we will learn about the miracles performed by Jesus.  As explorers, we will discover the LOVE that Jesus has for everyone. Including ME and You. Do not miss out on this adventure! 
VBS 2024: June 17th- 21st. Register your kid Now!

Vacation Bible School will be the week of June 17 - June 21, 9 a.m. - 12 noon.

Cost $30.00/Explorer by May 31st.  

Students will expand on their discoveries by making their own art projects at the Craft Station, singing new songs at the Music Station, exploring wonders at the Science Station, playing games at the Recreation Station, and enjoying tasty snacks. Along the way, the Explorers will hear about our mission project!

VBS at UHUMC is for students who are three years old (as of June 1, 2024) and potty-trained through rising sixth graders.  Rising seventh graders or higher are invited to participate as youth volunteers.

The cost is $30 per child participant, $0 per youth volunteer.  The registration deadline is May 31, 2024.  After May 31st, late registrations will be accepted as space allows, and the cost will increase to $40 per child. Waiver *                                                                                                                          In consideration for the opportunity to participate in this program of University Heights UMC, the undersigned, on his/her own behalf or as parent/legal guardian of the participant, hereby expressly and voluntarily agrees to assume all risks, whether known or unknown. The undersigned, on his/her own behalf or as the parent/legal guardian of the participant, further agrees and covenants, not to sue and to hold harmless and forever release, waive, and discharge University Heights UMC, its legal representatives, successors, agents or employees, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, debts, sums of money, suits and damages, arising out of any injury which the participant and his/her parents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, may have sustained by participation in the recreation program or children's ministry of University Heights UMC whether caused, in whole or in part, by the acts, omissions, or negligence of the releases or otherwise. PAYMENT - Due May 31st
Payments can be received using the link below or checks can be submitted to the church office or preschool office. The cost is $30 per child participant, $0 per youth volunteer, due May 31st. Please make checks payable to UHUMC and write "VBS" in the memo line.

Payments can be submitted in one of the following ways:
(1) Mailed to the church (1267 Balsam Drive, Decatur, GA 30033),
(2) Given to the church office manager during church office hours (The office number is 404-636-6602 in case you want to call ahead); Given to the Preschool Director during preschool hours.
(3) Placed in the collection plate during Sunday worship (11 a.m.)
(4) Paid online through the church website: www.uhumc.org

To ensure that your child receives the correct t-shirt size, please submit your payment no later than Friday, May 31st. (After May 31st, late registrations will be accepted as space allows, and the cost will increase to $40 per child. We can not guarantee your child will receive a t-shirt for registrations after May 31st.)
