Beyond Earth Day Community Fair - Booth Registration
This form is to register for the Annual Beyond Earth Day Community Fair on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm in the Student Experience Center Plaza. Set-up is 10:00 -11:20 am and tear-down is 3:00 – 4:00 pm. The fair features organizations whose work supports sustainable earth ecosystems, social progress and justice, and a healthy economy.
 
We require that booths be interactive in addition to informative (offer a hands-on activity, game, trivia challenge, or anything else that allows an attendee to participate). You must provide a description of this on this form in order to reserve your space at the fair. Deadline for booth registration is Friday, April 12, 2024 at 3 PM. Please read the Beyond Earth Day Community Fair 2024 Vendor Information & Expectations before registering if you plan to host a booth at the Fair.

*If you are planning to serve food at your booth: Please review the Memorial Union catering webpage and their food policy guide when considering whether or not to serve food at your booth and to ensure that you are in compliance with these policies.  Links to these pages are on the Beyond Earth Day Community Fair Information web page. 

Only the first booths who register will be guaranteed a spot under the covered plaza.
