Speaker Profile:
Mr. Suman Ghose holds an undergraduate degree from IIT Kharagpur & an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
He is cofounder of Inroads Leadership Development and they work with middle to senior management and executive leadership through training, coaching and consulting. Suman is a coach and trainer for the World Health Organization, part of the United Nations.

Suman is coauthor of a best-selling book on Emotional Intelligence namely "From Command to Empathy - Using EQ in the age of Disruption". He is also the author of #sumanInsights – a YouTube video blog on management and leadership comprising bite-sized learning modules.

Suman is qualified as a Coach from Erickson Coaching International, an ICF accredited Coach training program.
Prior to Inroads, Suman has over two decades of corporate work experience in top multinational companies such as Cadbury’s, Intel, Philips and PricewaterhouseCoopers. His experience spans areas of Practice Building, Program Management, SAP Implementation,  Strategy Consulting & Logistics.
