Please complete the below form to request transportation for Shakopee Public Schools and SACS students that do not have current transportation arrangements on file for the 2022/23 school year.  

Please submit an individual form response for EACH STUDENT. PLEASE NOTE that standard eligibility guidelines still apply, click here for more info: https://www.shakopee.k12.mn.us/Page/7506

Once transportation is set up for a student, Palmer Bus Service will contact you with your student's transportation information.
