Announcing the 2022-2023 Rock County Pride Pageant!
Performances and crowning during Rock the Pride Festival on August 13th, 2022
at Telfer Park Pavillion (2101 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI 53511)
​Pageant starts at 2 PM.
 
We will crown Mr., Ms., Mx., & Jr. Rock County Royalty! The adult categories are Ms., Mr., & Mx. Rock County Pride; you must be 18 or older to compete. The Jr. Rock County Pride Category is for performers under the age of 18.
 
This is an open pageant. Free to register. Prepare two numbers to perform. You provide your music to the DJ.

Performers will be judged on stage presence, artistry, appropriateness for the category, tips collected, and as well as their answer to the question "Why do you want to represent Rock County Pride in the coming year?"

Job Description: As Rock County Pride Royalty you will be asked to "enthusiastically help Rock County’s LGBTQ+ community to the best of your ability."

How to Enter:​
-Attend Rock the Pride - Rock County's 3rd Annual Pride Festival on August 13th, 2022.
-Register either online using this form or day-of at the DJ's table before 1:30 PM. Performance slots are limited and first come first served.
-Bring two numbers of any style/type to perform on stage.(All numbers must be appropriate for all ages… not vulgar or overly sexual.)  
-If you are using music, please share a copy with the DJ (rft303@gmail.com use the subject line "drag pageant") and include your stage name and category.
-Answer why you want to represent Rock County Pride.
-Earn as many tips from the audience as possible and consider donating them to Yellow Brick Road Organization.
 
Prize Package:
-The title of Mr., Ms., Mx., or Jr. Rock County Pride for the year 2022-2023.
-Winners receive a crown and sash
-Professional Photography Package
-Winners will have the option to perform in Toto's Halloween Hop (Autumn), Dorothy's Drag Ball (winter), & the Rock the Pride 2023 Professional Drag Show (summer).
