We will set up opponents to avoid familiar match-ups if desired. Aside from conference opponents, are there any other non-conference opponents that you wish to avoid? *
We again plan to group teams by anticipated strength. The PLATINUM division is for the strongest 16 teams, GOLD is next, SILVER is next, and BRONZE would be the weakest teams in the field. Which division would be your preference at this time? (We will circle back with all participants before finalizing opponents.) *

Please describe any special requests with respect to game times. Note that we may not be able to give everyone their preference due to competitive balance and the distribution of requests, but we will circle back with you before locking you into something that conflicts with your request.
