The El Gouna International Model United Nations (EGIMUN) conference is a middle and high school level simulation of the United Nations, taking place in El Gouna, Egypt. EGIMUN hopes to develop into the leading regional conference that offers the youth a platform to discuss and solve the pressing issues of today’s world, while providing them with a distinctive experience. EGIMUN challenges the traditional understanding of MUN, bridging the gap between simulation and reality.
EGIMUN is delighted to host its fourth annual conference from February 20th to February 24th, 2024. The conference is now recruiting members for its Admin Team.
Applications to join the Admin Team will close on November 15th.
Admin responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Note Passing: Manage timely distribution of notes between delegates.
- Committee Support: Assist chairs and delegates during committee sessions.
- Vote Counting: Accurately tally votes during voting procedures.
- Registration Desk: Welcome, register, and assist participants.
- Room Organization: Help set up and maintain committee rooms.
- Activity Support: Assist in managing conference activities in campus and external.
- Training and Preparation: Attend training sessions for role readiness.
