This application should be completed only after the Lake Travis ISD Facility Use Agreement has been read and understood.

A certificate of liability insurance (here's a guide) with Lake Travis ISD listed as the certificate holder is required prior to rental. Please email it to steelea@ltisdschools.org. (If your event is months away, and your insurance expires before then, please wait to send it closer to your event.)

Reminders:
  • Applications must be filed no fewer than 21 days prior to the requested date(s) of use unless the applicant obtains special permission from the Administrative Assistant to Purchasing.
  • Applications may not be filed more than 90 days prior to the requested date(s) of use.
  • All nonprofit organizations must include notorized Non-Profit Charitable Organization Exemption Form along with this application.
  • Past due accounts must be paid in full before new dates can be reserved.

Per the Lake Travis ISD Facility Use Agreement, renters are not permitted to opt out of custodial services.

Custodians charge $24/hour for internal (PTA/PTO; school-sponsored clubs/activities) events and $30/hour for external events (all third-party organizations).

Custodians require a minimum of four hours of work for events on Saturdays and Sundays.

Custodians clean the event area, but also any bathrooms, hallways, and entrances used during the event. Custodial services provides me with a quote for the event, but please be aware that this can change based on the amount of cleaning necessary.

Events held outside that use indoor restroom facilities still need to pay for custodial services. 

Important note: ONLY use blue painter's tape for decorations at events! Using a stronger tape can cause damage to floors and other surfaces, requiring custodial services to charge much more than estimated.

Officers can provide general security, direct traffic, or assist with crosswalks. Officers hired work for LTISD Police, Lakeway PD, Bee Cave PD, or the Travis County Sheriff’s Office. The charge is $50/hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

If not, a facilitator must be hired and the cost will be $25/hour. Facilitators are LTISD employees who open the building for the renter, stay for the entire event, and secure the building after everyone has left.
